Introduction
Agreement Between You and tjbt
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the tjbt website, mobile site, and all associated services operated under the domain tjbt.bet (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and tjbt. By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
tjbt reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

Clause 2
Account Registration and Security
When registering an account on the tjbt Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout the duration of your account. Your account is personal to you and must not be shared, transferred, or sold to any third party.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify tjbt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited.
- tjbt reserves the right to close any duplicate accounts and to void any wagers placed through such accounts.
- Accounts found to contain false registration information will be suspended pending investigation and any winnings may be forfeited.
tjbt uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all account data and session activity. However, you remain responsible for the security of your own device and access credentials. tjbt will never contact you to ask for your password.

Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the tjbt Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tjbt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. New payment methods may be added or removed at tjbt's discretion without prior notice.
- Funds deposited into your tjbt account may only be used for placing wagers on the Platform and may not be transferred to other users.
- tjbt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.
- tjbt reserves the right to temporarily hold funds pending investigation if unusual account activity is detected.
- In the event of a disputed transaction, you must contact [email protected] within 30 days of the transaction date. Claims submitted after this window may not be considered.
Clause 4
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
tjbt may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms when accepted.
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your account. Real-money funds may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion, but bonus funds may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirement has been met.
- Wagering requirements specify the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before a withdrawal request can be made. The applicable rollover figure is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
- tjbt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or expire any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Bonuses are issued to one account per household, IP address, device, and payment method. Any attempt to claim multiple bonuses using different accounts will result in disqualification and may result in account closure.
- tjbt reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if these Terms or the specific bonus terms are found to have been breached.

Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tjbt Platform. tjbt reserves the right to take immediate enforcement action, including account closure and forfeiture of balances, against any user found to be engaged in any of the following:
- Providing false or misleading registration information, including false name, age, or address details.
- Using software, bots, algorithms, or automated systems of any kind to gain an unfair advantage on the Platform.
- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotion mechanics.
- Depositing funds derived from illegal sources or using the Platform for money laundering or fraud.
- Accessing the Platform on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to access the Platform through your account.
tjbt may report any suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity to the relevant authorities. Where permitted by law, tjbt may freeze account funds pending investigation and may not be required to notify the affected user of the reasons for such action during an active investigation.

Responsible Gaming
tjbt is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered users at no charge by contacting our support team at [email protected].
- Deposit limits: request a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on deposits to your account.
- Session time limits: set a maximum duration for each gaming session, after which you will be automatically logged out.
- Cooling-off period: take a break from the Platform for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
- Self-exclusion: permanently close your account and request that you are blocked from re-registering.
Clause 7
Intellectual Property
All content on the tjbt Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements, is the exclusive property of tjbt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in such materials other than the limited right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or sell any intellectual property obtained from the tjbt Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of tjbt's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute an offence under applicable law.
Clause 8
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tjbt's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any services provided by tjbt shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your tjbt account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- tjbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Platform.
- tjbt does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or third-party service interruptions may cause temporary unavailability.
- tjbt is not liable for any losses resulting from Force Majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, acts of government, power failures, or internet infrastructure disruptions.
Clause 9
Amendments and Governing Law
tjbt reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where practicable, tjbt will provide reasonable notice of material changes by displaying a notice on the Platform or by emailing registered users. Your continued use of the Platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. tjbt operates as a digital platform accessible from Bangladesh and directs its services to players located in Bangladesh.
